Credits include:
Startup Tax Credit – up to $5,000 for small businesses who adopt a new plan. The credit is available for the first three years of a plan
Employer Contribution Tax Credit – up to $1,000 per eligible employee for small businesses who allocate employer contributions to plan participants.*
Automatic Enrollment Tax Credit – a $500 tax credit for the first 3 years for small businesses who add an automatic enrollment feature to a new or existing plan.
